The Trolley Bumper Kit is used in MAC Trolley to protect it from mild bumps and shocks that usually happens during trolley movements and placements. The Bumber kit consist of a bumber and four # 8-16 torx drive screws of length 5/8 inch. It is a compact product, which is easy to use and fix. The Bumper is made of polyurethane foam and metalic insert which helps to make the assembly light in weight without compromising on the integral strength of the assembly. The insert is made of high quality steel with four equally spaced Ø 0.250 inches mounting holes. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the bumper as per the requirement. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The part is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. The item will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection during transit.
